Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Talent Leadership
- Develop and execute an integrated talent strategy that aligns with Hawke's business objectives and growth targets
- Build and maintain talent analytics dashboards to track key metrics across acquisition, development, and retention
- Partner with leadership to forecast talent needs and create proactive workforce planning strategies
- Design and implement innovative employer branding initiatives to strengthen Hawke's position in the talent market.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment processes while building a robust talent pipeline across all levels
- Implement cutting-edge sourcing strategies and leverage data-driven approaches to identify and attract top talent
- Establish and maintain relationships with key talent communities, universities, and professional networks
- Design and optimize candidate assessment frameworks that predict long-term success and cultural fit
- Create comprehensive career pathing frameworks that clearly articulate growth opportunities across all departments
- Design and implement innovative learning and development programs that align with both individual career goals and organizational needs
- Establish mentoring and coaching programs that accelerate professional growth and leadership development
- Partner with department heads to identify and nurture high-potential employees through targeted development initiatives.
- Develop and execute engagement strategies that foster a strong sense of belonging and purpose
- Design and implement competitive total rewards programs that attract and retain top talent
- Create innovative recognition programs that celebrate excellence and reinforce cultural values
- Lead stay interview programs and exit analysis to continuously improve retention strategies
- Champion Hawke's cultural values while developing initiatives that strengthen employee connection and engagement
- Lead change management initiatives related to organizational growth and transformation
- Design and implement DEI initiatives that foster an inclusive workplace environment
- Facilitate leadership development programs that reinforce our cultural values and management philosophy
- Design and implement performance management systems that drive accountability and growth
- Create succession planning frameworks that ensure business continuity and internal mobility
- Develop leadership competency models that align with Hawke's growth objectives
- Lead talent review processes to identify and develop future leaders
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree in HR, Organizational Development, or related field preferred
- 6 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful talent programs in high-growth environments
- Strong understanding of talent analytics and experience using data to drive decision-making
- Expertise in modern HR technologies and talent management platforms
- Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing talent functions
- Outstanding relationship building and stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience in the digital marketing, agency, or technology sector preferred
- SHRM-SCP or HRCI certification preferred
- Proficiency in ATS and HRIS systems (LinkedIn Recruiter, Paycom)
- Experience with learning management systems and development platforms
- Strong understanding of talent assessment tools and methodologies
- Expertise in HR analytics and reporting tools
- Knowledge of performance management and succession planning software
