We are seeking dedicated Groundmen to join our team. As a Groundman, you will play a crucial role in supporting various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our projects.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup and cleanup of job sites
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment
- Perform physical labor such as carrying materials
- Support the team with tasks as needed
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines
Requirements
- Ability to perform physical tasks in various weather conditions
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required
Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks
- Knowledge of proper tree trimming and removal techniques
- Experience using chainsaws, wood chippers, and other forestry equipment
- Understanding of safety protocols and procedures in a forestry environment
- Certification in tree care or forestry practices is a plus
Determined hourly wage is based off experience.
