We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring that all areas are hygienic and presentable. This role is essential in creating a positive atmosphere for both employees and future tenants.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in assigned apartments.
- Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness.
- Clean windows, mirrors, sinks, tubs and other common surfaces to ensure clarity and shine.
- Dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with company policies.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Good physical stamina; ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform repetitive tasks.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
