As an Accounting Services Associate you will:
- Prepare workpapers, reconcile accounts, and compile financial statements for clients
- Process payroll and prepare payroll tax forms
- Have an understanding of client accounting software (QuickBooks, Peachtree, etc.)
- Provide timely and accurate accounting assistance per client requests
- Assist with individual and business tax preparation services
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Associates degree or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration
- A minimum of two years of similar experience
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft office products
- Strong multi-tasking skills
