Hawkins Delafield& Wood LLP is a national law firm whose practice is focused on financings addressing societys most pressing needs. Our work provides funds to finance, among other things, hospitals, affordable housing, clean water, airports and education facilities. We have an immediate need in our Newark, New Jersey office for an associate in our national health care, education and cultural institution practice group. We represent governmental units, public agencies, investment banks and non-profit organizations. Ideal candidates will have 1-3 years experience, or other experience in transactional law or health care law, will be motivated self-starters with excellent communication skills, a commitment to ethics and excellence, and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. New York or New Jersey bar admission, or pending bar admission, is required.
This is a hybrid role with 3 days a week in the office and 2 days a week from home.
