Position Overview:
As a Property & Casualty Account Manager, you will be responsible for meeting the needs of our clients by providing outstanding service, policy updates, changes, claims assistance, and rating/quoting for all lines of property & casualty insurance. You will also have the opportunity to cross-sell and build long-term relationships with clients while maintaining strong partnerships with our insurance carriers. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and a commitment to upholding the values of Hawkins Harrison Insurance in the community you serve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and professional service to clients regarding policy updates, endorsements, renewals, and claims.
- Assist clients in understanding their coverage options and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Perform rating and quoting across all lines of property & casualty insurance.
- Cross-sell additional policies and coverage to enhance client protection.
- Build strong, profitable relationships with partner carriers by submitting complete applications, underwriting properly, and providing all necessary documentation.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring clients have a resource to lean on when they need it most.
- Represent Hawkins Harrison Insurance professionally within the community.
