We are looking for an Atlanta-based associate with 3-5 years of defense experience to join a team focused on premises liability, transportation and product liability litigation. You will work in our downtown Atlanta office located in Truist Plaza.
Position responsibilities include:
- Primary focus on wide variety of general/premises liability, product liability, and transportation claims/cases;
- Investigation, defense strategy analysis development and implementation, all written discovery and depositions, motion practice, ADR, trial preparation, trial and appeal;
- Trial preparation, including strategy discussion, discovery, records review, client interviews and witness preparation; and
- Research, both legal and of people, businesses and worksites.
