- Troubleshoot and diagnose complex HVAC service calls
- Perform maintenance and repair on commercial HVAC systems
- Work with package rooftop equipment, water source heat pumps, and cooling towers
- Work with chiller and boiler systems
- Take immediate action to resolve any client issues
- Anticipate and mitigate conflicts before it affects the client
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation
