The Stewarding Manager is responsible for:
- Overseeing and managing the stewarding department, ensuring cleanliness and organization of food and beverage areas.
- Supervising and training the stewarding team.
- Maintaining inventory of supplies.
- Coordinating with other departments for smooth operations.
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures for cleaning and maintenance.
- Managing budgets and resources.
- Conducting staff training for safety and quality standards
- Storage and bringing plates to the banquet kitchen for plated events.
- Assist in plating and dishing out food for banquet events
- Ensure all working areas are cleaned and up to the health inspection standards.
- Sweep and mop the kitchens including the walk-ins and common spaces.
- Organizes all tools including all pots, pans, and utensils.
- Responsible for putting away all plates to the correct locations.
