It goes without saying that experience a guest has while enjoying the pool environment is one of the most memorable of their stay.

We are looking for individuals with tremendous personalities, great attention to detail to join our team as a Towel Host Attendant. The ideal candidate creates a memorable experience for our guests through their attention to detail and care they take in ensuring the pool experience is next to none. Your Role:

• Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well
• Hold doors for guest and they come and go from the pool are with a warm smile and a hello
• Provide dry fresh folded towels to guest
• Work as a team to enhance the guest's experience
• Maintain an active presence around the pool areas, ensuring cleanliness and guest satisfaction
• Work closely with housekeeping to ensure towels are clean and readily available
• Clean all areas in the prescribed manner while following department standard operating procedures.
• Remove wet towel and deliver to housekeeping to clean. Receive towels from housekeeping
• Remove soiled linen and trash from all service areas and take to appropriate locations in the prescribed manner.
• Always respond in a friendly, helpful manner to guests and other team members.
