Hawks and Company, a leader in Commercial HVAC is seeking an Account Manager. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and understanding of commercial HVAC systems and building controls.
- Work directly with service agreement customers to establish relationships to better understand their needs.
- Gain knowledge of customer's business
- Meet with customers on a regular basis and measure their client satisfaction.
- conduct site visits to ensure quality standards are met.
- Provide service and project quotes developed by service leads
- Act as lead for service agreement renewals
- Establish relationship with suppliers to obtain best pricing and lead times.
- Work effectively with operations and business departments
- Address client concerns and complaints to assure resolution in a timely manner
- Coordinate with service technicians for team meetings with customers.
