At HawksField Productions, we specialize in building custom apps, AI solutions, and full-scale digital platforms for small businesses, mid-sized companies, and enterprise level clients. We’re expanding our sales force and looking for an Account Executive who can confidently pitch, connect, and close large scale opportunities.

What You’ll Do:

• Build relationships and close high value deals with small, medium, and enterprise clients

• Identify business needs and match them with custom software, automation, or AI solutions

• Partner with a senior level dev/UX team capable of delivering complex projects

• Represent the brand at networking events, online, or through your personal network

• Drive growth and earn big with no cap on commission

This Role is 100% Commission Based

• Earn 20–30% of net revenue per deal

• Target deal size: $25K–$100K (and we’re structured to deliver at that level)

• Unlimited earning potential, your income scales with your performance

• You close the deal, we handle the tech, execution, and delivery with an expert team

Ideal Candidate:

• Comes from the tech world – familiar with software sales, SaaS, or digital solutions

• Understands how to communicate value to decision-makers

• Has experience working with business owners, ops teams, or C-suite execs

• Knows how to qualify leads and close efficiently

• Comfortable working independently and driving their own pipeline
