Special Education Paraprofessionals
Hawkswood School is searching for Instructional Paraprofessionals and One to One Aides to work with students on the autism spectrum and students with multiple disabilities.
We have full time positions (Monday - Friday) available starting immediately. Hawkswood School runs a 12 month program. Please apply for one of our positions and join our community !

Hawkswood School also provides a competitive annual salary (between $24,800 and $62,000) and full benefit package that includes medical, prescription, dental, vision, life insurance, long term disability, tuition reimbursement, 401(k) retirement plan and paid time off.
Paraprofessionals work closely with students under the direction of the classroom teacher and therapists in meeting each students individual program goals through academics, functional communication skills, social skills and behavioral supports.

Qualifications
Employment Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- RBT certificate welcome
- Successful candidates will be required to complete a physical and drug screen, as well as a NJ Department of Education criminal history background check
Previous experience with special needs children or adults is helpful.
Annual salaries are based upon level of education achieved and years of experience.
