Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain sewing machines to create assembled materials used to upholster products.
- Upholster various styles of products using proper molds, presses, and tools.
- Inspect all upholstered parts for fabric flaws, weave alignment, seam position, and correct contours and fabric shade.
- Monitor material flow and update the electronic production system accordingly.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Two years of manufacturing experience, including six months of upholstery experience.
- Ability to lift materials and/or products weighing up to 50 pounds.
