Essential Functions

• Assign and oversee production tasks: Assign and oversee production tasks, ensuring clear understanding of work instructions, quality standards, and production targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards: Enforce compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies, ensuring a safe and compliant work environment.

Job Overview

We are currently looking for a Manufacturing Supervisor - 1st Shift to join our team in the Haworth's HCP Steel Plant, Holland, MI.

As a Manufacturing Supervisor, You Will

Supervise a team to manufacture high-quality products on schedule and within budget. Oversee daily production activities, prioritize tasks, and address production issues related to machinery and processes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or similar (Equivalency: Associate's Degree plus 2 years related experience OR 4 years related experience)
• 3 years of experience in manufacturing, logistic, warehousing, supply chain or similar.
• 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Applicants must be able to work in Holland, MI without relocation assistance.
• Applicants must possess an unrestricted right to work in the US to be eligible for this position.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• EDUCATION EQUIVALENCY: Associate's Degree plus 2 years related experience OR 4 years related experience
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Experience in SAP.
• Experience in Furniture Manufacturing.
• Warehouse Management Systems.
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
