We're seeking an experienced Account Manager who brings strong connections and expertise in consumer packaged goods and luxury sectors to help unlock new channels of growth. What You'll Do:
- Strategic Growth Leader: Leverage your established network within innovative CPG and luxury industries to create and nurture lasting client partnerships.
- Client Champion: Act as the primary point of contact, understanding client needs deeply and aligning our fully integrated internal teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.
- Business Development Expert: Identify, pursue, and close new opportunities, expanding our dynamic campaigns and product development capabilities into fresh market segments.
- Collaboration Catalyst: Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams—creative agency, production, supply chain, and distribution—to deliver comprehensive solutions that exceed client expectations.
- Project Workflow Wizard: Expertly manage project workflows, timelines, and logistics, keeping multiple projects organized, on track, and successfully delivered.
- Innovation Advocate: Continually identify industry trends and new opportunities, positioning Hawthorn Innovations as a leading force in innovative CPG and luxury brand collaborations.

Who You Are:
- Experienced in account management and business development (4 years preferred), particularly within innovative CPG or luxury brand sectors.
- Well-connected in the consumer packaged goods and luxury spaces, able to open doors and build strategic partnerships.
- Highly skilled in client relationship management, communication, and strategic negotiation.
- Proficient in mac bases programs, excel, airtables, slack, keynote, powerpoint, and CRM softwares a huge
- Passionate about innovation, branding, and product development.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable navigating dynamic environments.
- Exceptional collaborator who thrives in team-oriented, fast-paced settings.
