This is a full time on-site role based at our HQ in downtown Louisville, KY

What You'll Do
Be the Quote Wizard: Organize inbound quotes like a pro, with laser-focus on specs, price breaks, shipping speeds, and more.
Sample Slayer: Track, log, and manage samples like your life depends on it. Bonus points if you can do it while sipping a great coffee.
Vendor Whisperer: Build and maintain relationships with domestic and international vendors, all while organizing NDAs and certifications like a boss.
Logistics Maestro: Collaborate across teams, manage contracts, and timelines to keep the wheels turning smoothly (literally—shipping logistics matter!).
Creative Collaborator: Work with our in-house dream team to source custom tools, POS items, and wow-worthy barware.

Who You Are
-A plate-spinner extraordinaire with a “can-do” attitude.
-Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, fun-loving, and collaborative environment.
-You have 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain (food/beverage industry = bonus points).
-A spreadsheet ninja with a knack for Airtable, Google Sheets, and Slack (GIF replies are highly encouraged).
-Obsessed with details but creative enough to think outside the box (and even the supply chain).
