Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, Preparing Light snacks , and menu items inventory, cleaning and maintaining the bar stocking and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations while serving food items when necessary.
- Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering questions about drink selections.
- Manage cash handling processes, including processing payments accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies, placing orders as needed to maintain stock.
- Collaborate with kitchen to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Skills
- Proven experience in bartending or food service is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively.
- Ability to work in a nightclub environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Familiarity with food handling procedures is a plus.
- Exceptional hospitality skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and drink pricing calculations.
- Experience in fine dining establishments is advantageous but not required.
