Duties
- Perform night audit procedures, including balancing accounts and preparing financial reports for management.
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a pleasant stay for all guests.
- Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently during the night shift.
- Handle phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating strong phone etiquette.
- Maintain accurate records of guest transactions and reservations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including filing and data entry.
- Ensure security protocols are followed throughout the hotel during overnight hours.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel management or as a Night Auditor is preferred.
- Strong understanding of hospitality management principles and guest services.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette and customer service.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night shifts.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential for balancing accounts accurately.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
