Job Description

We are seeking a Night Attendant to join our team, overseeing the well-being of the building and its operation during the night shift.

• Maintains the cleanliness of front desk and lobby areas.
• Collects trash from receptacles throughout the community and disposes of it properly.
• Responds to telephone calls.
• Delivers newspapers to residents' doors.
• Ensures the successful completion of the daily Evening / Night Shift Duty List.

The Night Attendant will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment, ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our residents, and supporting the overall success of our community.

Requirements

To be successful as a Night Attendant, you must possess a High School Diploma (or equivalent) and demonstrate self-directed decision-making and problem-solving skills.
