Our client is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide expert analytic services and individualized treatment plans using applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions. In this role, you will
- Develop and oversee client-specific treatment plans, ensuring data-driven progress
- Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and support staff, maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards
- Analyze client data to refine interventions and enhance therapeutic outcomes
- Collaborate closely with families and other professionals to create a supportive, team-oriented environment for client success
