Your Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor residents' needs, ensuring treatment and care are conducted according to the facility's procedures
- Administer medications and perform other related tasks as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of residents' medical history, symptoms, and vitals
- Collaborate with supervising physicians to ensure high-quality care
Requirements
- AS or BS degree in nursing
- Strong communication skills, both in writing and verbally
- Knowledge and use of Electronic Medical Records and/or solid computer skills
- Ability to work closely with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care
