Content Editor (Six-month Temporary Opportunity)

In this role, you’ll ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with the organization’s voice and brand, contributing to its mission of making a positive impact. Key Responsibilities:

• Review and edit content to ensure it meets high standards for quality, consistency, and accuracy.
• Collaborate with team leaders and colleagues to create innovative solutions and efficient workflows for content production.
• Maintain and manage the organization’s editorial style guide, acting as a resource for grammar, voice, and tone.
• Ensure factual accuracy and alignment with organizational messaging, identifying and addressing gaps or errors.
• Assist in crafting compelling content for various platforms, including articles, presentations, emails, social media, and more.
• Contribute to strategic discussions around messaging and tone, fostering relationships with internal and external partners.
• Coordinate timelines and deliverables for content creation, editing, and publication, ensuring projects are completed efficiently.

What We’re Looking For:

• Content expert. Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of editing and digital creation using strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to develop engaging, audience-focused content across platforms.
• Detail-oriented. You excel at proofreading, fact-checking, and ensuring consistency in messaging.
• Collaborative. A team player who builds positive relationships and works effectively across departments.
• Tech-savvy. Proficiency with digital tools, including email platforms and presentation software, is a plus.
