Key Responsibilities:
- Manage transactions and client support by handling paperwork, tracking deadlines, scheduling appointments, and facilitating communication between clients, vendors, and agents.
- Oversee office operations by maintaining office supplies, coordinating tech support, and ensuring systems are running efficiently.
- Provide marketing, website, and social media coordination through assisting with listing presentations, online campaigns, direct mail, and social media content.
- Organize client records, update listings, and keep digital files structured and accessible across various databases and document management systems.
- Follow-up with clients directly on necessary documents, communication and real estate processes.
- Arrange property showings, manage calendars, and support event planning for open houses and client engagements and all logistics and scheduling needs for the office.
- Be the trusted office administrator by tracking various license renewals, listing and sale reports, various slide decks, external third-party vendor management, and ad hoc projects.

What We’re Looking For:
- Real estate administrative experience preferred. At least two years of administrative experience and familiarity with real estate transactions, real estate documents and contracts, or marketing is a plus!

Salary : $55,000 - $75,000
