Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executives’ calendars, resolve scheduling conflicts, and prioritize time-sensitive matters.
- Arrange travel logistics, including transportation and accommodations, and process expense reports.
- Communicate on behalf of executives with key stakeholders such as the Board of Directors, donors, and partners.
- Assist with meeting preparation, database updates, and special projects for executives.
- Understand the strategic objectives and deliver key messages. Maintain an organized desk, updated spreadsheets and databases with contact information and relevant record-keeping information.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external contacts, and vendors to relay important information and keep track of critical documents, including board-related communication and action items.
