Key Responsibilities :
- Implement client onboarding processes, ensuring smooth integration and provide continued high-quality support.
- Finalize and follow standardized HR policies and handbook templates with clients.
- Quickly mold yourself within the team to understand and deliver support and establish process stabilization to internal and external contacts.
- Assist clients and be a liaison regarding benefits administration processes, audits, and open enrollment activities with third party vendor contacts.
- Manage HR workflows, tracking tools, and metrics to ensure quality, compliance, and measurable results.
- Assist clients with performance reviews, policy updates, and compliance audits.
- Maintain compliance with employment law.
- Align employee support strategies with client goals and standards.
