We are seeking a motivated and results-driven door-to-door Pest Control Sales Closer to join our dynamic team for the summer season. In this role, you will be responsible for converting leads into sales by effectively communicating our pest control services and addressing customer needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Conversion: Follow up on inbound leads and conduct in-home consultations to assess pest control needs.
- Sales Presentation: Present our pest control services clearly and persuasively to potential customers, highlighting benefits and value.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster trust and repeat business.
- Objection Handling: Address customer objections and concerns effectively to close sales.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in our CRM system.
- Market Knowledge: Stay informed about local pest issues, competitor offerings, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery post-sale.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in pest control or Door to Door related fields.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Must be able to relocate for the summer.
