As a door to door company, we are seeking for young motivated and results-driven future Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a designated territory, developing relationships with clients, and driving sales growth through in person interaction. This role requires a proactive approach to identify new business opportunities and maintain existing customer relationships.
Duties
- Manage and grow sales within an assigned territory, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
- Conduct direct sales activities, including face-to-face meetings with potential clients.
- Utilize inside sales techniques to engage with customers and promote our products/services effectively.
- Collaborate with technical sales teams to provide customers with tailored solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using appropriate software tools.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Skills
- Strong territory management skills to effectively oversee assigned regions.
- Proven experience in direct sales, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Familiarity with outside sales techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
