Duties

- Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop strategic sales plans.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using appropriate software tools.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
