This role requires a proactive approach to identify new business opportunities and maintain existing customer relationships.
Duties
- Manage and grow sales within an assigned territory, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
- Conduct direct sales activities, including cold calling and face-to-face meetings with potential clients.
- Utilize inside sales techniques to engage with customers and promote our products/services effectively.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop strategic sales plans.
- Collaborate with technical sales teams to provide customers with tailored solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using appropriate software tools.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Skills
- Strong territory management skills to effectively oversee assigned regions.
- Proven experience in direct sales, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Familiarity with inside and outside sales techniques, including cold calling strategies.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making processes.
- Proficiency in using software tools for managing customer relationships and tracking sales performance.
