Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients in designated territories to drive sales growth.
- Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities through direct sales efforts.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction with products and services.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our offerings.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for increasing market share.
- Utilize technology tools and software to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on performance metrics.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.
- Assist in training new sales staff as needed, sharing best practices for success in territory sales.
Skills
- Proven experience in territory sales, direct sales, or retail sales is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships.
- Familiarity with technology sales and software solutions is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
