Job Description
The Brookmere Hotel and Regent Restaurant & Bar, opened in November 2024, is actively searching for a passionate, organized, and results-driven Marketing Sales Manager.
The Brookmere Hotel and Regent Restaurant & Bar, managed by Hay Creek Hotels, is a major development project in Saratoga Springs, New York, situated just a mile from the Saratoga Racetrack and abutting Saratoga National Golf Course. The 10-acre site formerly known as Longfellows Hotel, Restaurant, and Conference Center will be raised and built upon, creating a home for the new 88-room upper-upscale hotel, full service restaurant and bar with seasonal outdoor porch, spa, banquet facility with 6,000 sq.ft. of meeting and event space, and private access to Lake Lonely. Bonacio Construction leads the development, partnered with Hay Creek Hotels as managing partners.
Salary $60k, based on experience.

Job Summary
- * Research and understand the propertys clientele and market share in an effort to direct marketing strategies effectively.
- Work closely with DOS & General Manager to create sound, branded online materials in line with the vision, mission, goals and strategies of the team.
- Create/design and coordinate local and regional advertising to drive online conversions.
- Work closely with sales team to develop digital strategies to promote online packages, wedding sales, corporate meeting bookings, restaurant sales and promotions, spa, restaurant and other amenities.
- Develop creative content for targeted monthly email blasts.
- Measure and report performance of all local marketing campaigns to GM.
- Design print ads, traditional collateral, and banner ads according to property brand standards.
- Assist with photoshoots and gather content to keep online strategies up-to-date and on budget.
- Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies, utilizing print, email blasts, DRM, and social media.
- Align the company around the brands direction, choices and tactics.
- Attend monthly marketing meetings for each property. Ensure marketing strategy is in place, working closely with DOS and GM.
- Address each and every guest, co-worker, and vendor using the S.E.A.C. method, with a smile, eye contact, acknowledge their presence in a timely manner with appropriate greeting, and kindly close.
- Attend all scheduled meetings and training sessions.
- Understand and practice all HCH safety and security procedures, including Emergency Evacuation Procedures, Accident Reporting, Right to Know Law, Written Information Security Program, Bloodborne Pathogen Procedures, Anti-Harassment Policy, and Violence in the Workplace Policy.
- Comply with all Hotel and HCH time and attendance policies.
- Comply with all Hotel and HCH uniform, dress code, and appearance standards.
