Hay Creek Hotels, a boutique hotel management company, is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Revenue Manager to join our corporate team. The Corporate Revenue Manager is responsible for implementing revenue management objectives throughout Hay Creek, which encompasses maximizing revenues and profit through rate and inventory management of all market segments for all properties within the portfolio. They will take an active role in the hotel's pricing and distribution of inventory across various channels. The position supports their portfolio in meetings, analyzing trends in group and transient segments while striving to exceed budget goals. Working in conjunction with the sales team, they take an active role in setting group ceilings as well as target rates.
Job Description:
- Assist in formulating and executing Yield Management decisions and make adjustments accordingly to result in positive market gains.
- Develop, implement, monitor, and control rate strategies.
- Develop action plans to counteract market changes.
- Participate in rotating weekly and monthly revenue meetings.
- Work closely with the sales and e-commerce department to create eNewsletters, hotel packages, and other marketing related efforts.
- Participate in group and transient inventory controls.
- Develop relationships with vendors and internet wholesalers to accomplish revenue goals and negotiate placement for hotels.
- Understand the reservations process including the distribution channels and reservations flow.
- Provide critical analysis of strategies, room's statistics, and demand factor.
- Assist with setting up PMS, configuring GDS, BAR charts.
- Develop short and long-term top-line rooms revenue hotel forecasts upon request.
- Audit on a quarterly basis all property GDS listings and ensure all are accurate and up-to-date.
- Ensure all revenue management related systems are maintained: Booking Engine, PMS, OTA sites, OTA daily reports, Meta-Search sites, Rate 360 and GDS.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by the VP of Operations.

Experience and Skills:
- 3 years of hotel revenue management experience
- Experience in analyzing forecasts and budgets
- Has both branded and independent exposure in various markets
- Critical thinker and a doer, who can support local teams
- Strong leadership and effective written & verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable with various PMS systems
- Prior hotel opening experience preferred
- Must be extremely self-motivated and highly efficient
- Must have exceptional interpersonal skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule based on client needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to train, motivate, and supervise
- Must have on-hand event catering and detailing experience
- Must feel comfortable with all market segments
- May be subject to successful completion of background check and/or DMV check.
- East coast homebased preferred with ability to travel based on business demands
