RED BULL TEAM LEAD (District Sales Manager) – Lead & Sell in the Field

At Hay Distributing , we’re looking for a District Sales Manager to drive sales, coach a team of 5-7 salespeople, and ensure every account is growing. This job is not for someone who wants to sit at a desk all day —it’s for high-energy leaders who love selling, strategizing, and physically getting the job done .
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary : $50,000
- Incentives : Up to $27,000 based on performance

What You’ll Be Doing
Selling & Closing Deals : You are the sales leader of the district. You’ll help your team grow accounts, close tough deals, and sell to the most challenging customers .Leading from the Field : This is not an office job. You’ll be out in the market daily, covering routes when needed and ensuring accounts are properly serviced.Driving Growth : Set aggressive sales goals, track performance, and ensure your team is consistently exceeding expectations.Moving Product : Expect to lift and move up to 300 cases of Red Bull daily (each case weighs between 25-50 lbs.).Data-Driven Sales Strategy : Use sales data, audits, and tracking tools to analyze performance and identify opportunities for improvement.Problem Solving on the Fly : Keep the district running efficiently by troubleshooting challenges and ensuring deliveries and service happen as scheduled.Coaching & Accountability : Lead team meetings, provide direct coaching, and set high expectations for performance.Who You Are

Beverage and / or DSD experience required; Red Bull knowledge preferred.Proven sales ability – you know how to sell, upsell, and problem-solve with customersStrong coaching and people development skillsAble to lift and move up to 300 cases of Red Bull per day (25-50 lbs. each)Comfortable using a computer for reports, sales tracking, and communicationCollege degree preferred but not requiredValid driver’s license with a clean driving recordAbility to pass a drug test, background check, and physical aptitude testThis Is Not a Desk Job
