Overview
Hayati Hair Spa is seeking a professional and talkative receptionist to join our team. You will be the first to see our clients so our Ideal candidate is excellent at communication skills, positive attitude and active, able to multitask in a fast paced environment.

Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
- Manage scheduling and appointments for staff members.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.
- Assist with cash handling, including processing payments and maintaining accurate records.
- Support retail sales efforts by upselling products during customer interactions.
- Conduct product demos to educate customers on features and benefits.
- Supervise front desk operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
- Proficiency in retail math to assist with transactions and sales reporting.
- Experience in retail sales, including upselling techniques.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Excellent phone etiquette for professional communication over the phone.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Experience in supervising or managing front desk operations is preferred.
