About Us At Hayden AI, we are on a mission to harness the power of artificial intelligence and machine learning to transform the way governments and businesses address real-world challenges.From optimizing bus lane and bus stop enforcement to pioneering digital twin modeling and beyond, our innovative mobile perception system empowers our clients to accelerate transit, enhance street safety, and drive forward a sustainable future.Key Responsibilities Service & Feature EvaluationCollaborate with IT Operations to research, evaluate, and implement new services / features aimed at improving usability and reducing operational costs.Account Management & SAML IntegrationsOversee corporate account management integrations, including SAML configurations and cloud-hosted proxies (GCP / AWS).Ensure seamless identity and access management for both corporate and production environments.Server Room & Infrastructure ManagementDesign and manage Server Room infrastructure, including network equipment, UPS systems, and access control.OS Imaging & DeploymentManage and test new Windows, Linux, and MacOS images for corporate devices.Standardize deployment processes and ensure compatibility with security policies.Compliance & SecurityContribute to SOC2 / ISO compliance efforts, ensuring that policies meet or exceed regulatory and industry standards.Implement corporate zero-trust security architecture and define policies and threat models for endpoint security.Manage security incident responses, DLP strategies, and other critical security measures.Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)Drive the implementation of MFA solutions, including passphrase and hardware-based authentication keys.Evaluate and deploy modern authentication mechanisms to strengthen access controls.Network Design & ImplementationArchitect and implement corporate network solutions, including LAN, WAN, and secure wireless.Optimize network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues in collaboration with IT Operations.Legal & Compliance SupportCoordinate legal holds, investigations, and discovery processes involving corporate data.Provide technical expertise during audits and legal proceedings as needed.Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).5 years of experience in systems engineering, with a focus on infrastructure design, network architecture, and security.Proficiency with cloud platforms (GCP / AWS), SAML integrations, and identity / access management systems.Strong understanding of zero-trust security models, endpoint security, and MFA solutions.Hands-on experience with Windows, Linux, and MacOS imaging and deployment.Knowledge of SOC2 / ISO compliance requirements and best practices.Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Familiarity with legal hold, eDiscovery, and incident management processes is a plus.Benefits and Perks There are endless learning and development opportunities from a highly diverse and talented peer group, including experts in a wide range of fields (AI, Computer Vision, Government Contracting, Systems & Device Engineering, Operations, Communications, and more!)Options for medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and dependents (for US employees)Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (DCFSA)401(k) with 3% company matchingUnlimited PTODaily catered lunches in our San Francisco officeAt Hayden AI, we are committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workplace where everyone is treated with respect and dignity.
