Job Details:
- Monitor and reconcile cash, daily deposits, accounts receivable in accordance to established procedures
- Handles daily data entry
- Perform reconciliation
- Accounts receivable basics and specifics along established procedures
- Maintaining electronic filing database
- Perform other special projects as assigned by the AR and the accounting management team
- Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00am to 7:00pm with occasional nights as business demands
- $17-18 / Hour DOE
Qualifications
- Accounting experience
- Intermediate MS Excel ability, specifically with knowledge of lookup and reference functions as well as pivot tables, ability to create spreadsheets, work with formulas.
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Word, QuickBooks, and Outlook
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
- Have a working understanding of accounting terms and functions i.e. (accruals, expenses, capitalization)
- Demonstrates the ability to maintain professional relationships with internal and external customers.
- Demonstrates the ability to successfully work and communicate as a team member as well as independently to solve problems and respond to issues.
