Reset Execution Specialist

- Start your day at predetermined reset location
- Read and understand “in-house” and “corporate” schematics to build set
- Pull back stock and new items to fill sets
- Pull discontinued items from back stock and place with other discontinued items
- Service customer account in a professional manner
- Work closely with Category Management team to ensure execution in the market
- Safely operate personal vehicle with company required insurance to customer accounts and event locations
- Must be able to fulfill essential job functions in a consistent state of alertness and safe manner
- Responsibilities include check-in, set-up and merchandising of Beer, Wine, and Red Bull products
- Consistently lifting and carrying cases of wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages weighing between 20-60 lbs consistently throughout shift
- Building creative displays, rotation of product, working with the sales team and management
- This is a fast-paced work environment where you are standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying throughout your shift
- Present marketing materials, set schematics, and advertisements to clients and prospects promoting the use of our product lines
- Responsible for maintaining proper inventory levels and shelf maintenance in accounts in conjunction with the sales representative of that account
- Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective customers
- Monday through Friday 6:00am start time with availability for occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays as business demands
Job Qualifications:
- Acceptable Motor Vehicle record
- Pre-employment 4-panel drug testing
- Pre-employment background check required
- You are competitive and like to work at a fast pace
- Preferred knowledge of distribution industry preferred
- You are detail oriented and efficiently organized
- Can work well individually or in a team environment
- Able to take constructive feedback and willing to provide top notch customer service in accounts
- Can do/will do attitude
- Able to maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive company image to the public
- Able to lift and carry objects weighing up to 20-60 pounds, occasionally up to 158 pounds
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation with company required auto insurance
