Role : Parking Attendant
Pay : $20 / hour

Summary : Parking Attendants often serve as the first point of contact for patrons at the venue, are valuable resources of information and ensure a positive experience. It is important that every Guest Services Team member is connected to HHA's values and feels empowered to uphold the standards of our company culture including phenomenal customer service, integrity in venue protocol, excellent hospitality, and proper care and fairness in treatment of all the humans that we encounter.
Responsibilities : Greet all guests as they enter the property; Efficiently scan tickets to verify authenticity Ensure that only ticketed patrons are allowed to enter the parking area; Troubleshoot ticketing issues or challenges with technology; Direct patrons to available parking; Direct guests to management when necessary and according to protocol; Act as a source of information and as a point of contact for guest inquiries and feedback; monitor the South lot as patrons park, throughout the event, and as patrons exit; Assist with keeping the venue safe, clean, and presentable; Support the venue's mission of ensuring every person feels taken care of, safe and like they can be themselves without judgement
Qualifications : Customer service-oriented; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to think strategically and solve problems creatively; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Ability to multitask and adapt to changing needs; Proficiency with ticket scanning technology; Advanced attention to detail; Maintain knowledge related to the venue, it's policies, programs, initiatives, schedule, etc. (Learn more here : bendconcerts.com / venue-information)
