Role : Ticket Taker
Pay : $20 / hour

Summary : Ticket Takers greet guests and scan tickets upon entry into the venue. It is important that every Guest Services Team member is connected to HHA's values and feels empowered to uphold the standards of our company culture including phenomenal customer service, integrity in venue protocol, excellent hospitality, and proper care and fairness in treatment of all the humans that we encounter.
Responsibilities : Greet all guests as they enter the venue; Efficiently scan tickets to verify authenticity; Ensure that only ticketed patrons are allowed to enter the venue; Troubleshoot ticketing issues or challenges with technology; Direct guests to management when necessary and according to protocol; Act as a source of information for patrons
Qualifications : Customer service-oriented; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Proficiency with ticket scanning devices; Ability to think strategically and solve problems creatively; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Ability to multitask and adapt to changing needs; Advanced attention to detail; Maintain knowledge related to the venue, it's policies, programs, initiatives, schedule, etc. (Learn more here : bendconcerts.com / venue-information)
