What are the responsibilities and job description for the Venue Field Ops Crew 2025 position at Hayden Homes Amphitheater?
At Hayden Homes Amphitheater the Field Operations team aims to create a fun and dynamic environment while working in tangent with all other venue departments. We are a small but mighty team! Being one of the smallest departments with a lot of ground to cover, we often divide and conquer. Meaning we rely heavily on close communication. Our job is to provide support where it's needed in order to keep things running smoothly. We work as a team to upkeep the venue grounds, transport merch, setup VIP events, stock water stations, and setup reserved seating for patrons. If you are a problem solver with attention to detail and you're not afraid to get your hands a little dirty, we want YOU to join our team! This is a seasonal, hourly position with both day shifts and night shifts available.
What You'll Be Doing :
- Reserved Seating Setup
- Venue Upkeep- all things from watering plants to setting wasp traps
- Supplying tables and chairs when needed
- Supplying water jugs to water stations
- Operating Golf Carts and side x sides with trailers
- Setting up VIP events- providing tables and chairs as well as setting up tents
- Transporting Merch

Availability : Scheduling will vary and will be based on when there are shows- some weeks are busy, and others are more relaxed.
Things to Note : We work outside in varying weather conditions including rain, cold, heat, wind, smoke. We are frequently lifting heavy items including merch boxes, water jugs, and tables. We deal with spraying wasps and setting up traps when needed.
