Responsibilities Include:
- Financial Reporting and Accounting – Manages monthly accounting in QuickBooks for multiple entities, ensuring accurate financial records and preparing the Companies' general ledgers for month-end close, including:
- Accounts payable and Accounts Receivable
- Reconciliation and Month-End Close
- Financial Reporting and Record Management
- Annual and Quarterly Duties – Collaborates with the accounting team to complete the Companies’ recurring annual and quarterly financial projects, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements and accurate financial documentation. This includes:
- Preparing financial statements
- Processing 1099’s
- Providing tax accounting support
- General Administration – Supports the entire office with overseeing administrative duties to ensure the facility is operating smoothly through:
- Managing internal company documents and new entity set up
- Managing incoming mail
- Keeping inventory of office supplies
- Other Duties as assigned.
