What You'll Do
- Meet with customers to define, estimate, and negotiate project scopes.
- Estimate small commercial/industrial electrical projects daily.
- Collaborate with Estimators and Project Managers to enhance estimating processes.
- Conduct site visits to assess scope, ensure safety, and strengthen customer relationships.
- Maintain professional communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Support special project initiatives and promote continuous improvement
- 3 years of electrical or data experience (or equivalent training).
- High school diploma or GED.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of estimating software is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Familiarity with NEC, NFPA70E, drawings/blueprints, and basic contract review.
- Strong communication and team-building skills.
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred.
