Job Summary
We are seeking a Paraeducator to join our team. As a Paraeducator, you will provide direct support to students with significant needs in a variety of settings and assist with lesson planning and implementation.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to students with significant needs in classrooms, special education settings, and community-based programs
- Assist with lesson planning and implementation, including data collection and progress monitoring
- Communicate regularly with teachers and parents to ensure consistency and progress
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills
Requirements
- Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Experience working with students with significant needs
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
