Spirits Sales Specialist
Hayden Spirits, a division of Hayden Beverage Company, is now hiring a competitive and strategic Spirits Sales Specialist to perform duties that include visiting the customer and having the right consultative face-to-face sales conversations. Results will rely heavily on this position’s ability to quickly build relationships and dedication to established and new clients.
Spirits Specialist Job Details:
- Present to on-premise accounts and liquor stores in a consultative sales manner
- Educate accounts on new innovative products with the goal of achieving menu placements
- Visit an average of 40 account per week including on-premise accounts and liquor stores
- Plan, schedule, and work events to promote our offerings
- Achieve Spirits Level 2 WSET
- Build positive, credible, lasting customer relationships based on trust
- Maintain deep knowledge of Hayden Spirits products and correctly present and position them in each account
- Track results daily including distribution, menus, drink features, promotions visibility and bar and wait staff persuasion and training
- $42,000-$52,000 base commission/year
- Standard Monday through Friday schedule with occasional nights and weekends as business demands
The Qualified Candidate:
- Minimum two years of outside sales or mixology experience, basic spirits knowledge required, extensive spirits knowledge preferred
- Experience in the North Idaho market highly preferred
- Able to build and structure customer presentations and product proposals through analyzing and understanding data and leveraging Hayden Spirits technology
- Demonstrate proficient skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point as well as mobile devices and online communication techniques (email, posting, texting, etc.) in a professional manner
- Demonstrate an exceptional ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with internal and external clients while providing high levels of service by communicating clear and timely responses to issues, requests, problems, and regular reporting
- Demonstrate exceptional time management skills as this position is very self-directed
- Employee required to provide reliable transportation with company required minimum auto liability insurance.

Salary : $42,000 - $52,000
