Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Provide product recommendations and sizing assistance
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor
- Support daily store operations and merchandising tasks
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Open availability including evenings and weekends
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred (but not required)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
