Construction Project Manager

Overview
Hayes Construction Services Accepting resumes for Construction Project Managers to oversee and coordinate various construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of construction processes, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This role is crucial in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and in accordance with established quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop and manage project schedules using Microsoft project.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Review schematics and blueprints to ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to stay on track.
• Manage contracts and oversee procurement processes for materials and services.
• Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations on construction sites.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess project status and address any issues that arise.

Skills

• Proficiency in project management software including Procore and Microsoft products.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, schematics, and blueprint reading.
• Excellent project scheduling abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Proven experience in contract management and negotiation.
• Effective project coordination skills with the ability to lead diverse teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
