About the Role
The Property Accountant is responsible for managing accounting functions, including cash management, payroll accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable and monthly, quarterly and annual close processes, consolidation and reporting. This position will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with US GAAP, company policies and guidelines, as well as internal controls. This is a hybrid position, requiring in office presence at our office in Bloomington, IN 2-3 days weekly, with the flexibility to work remotely on other days.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., finance, accounting, economics)
- 3 years of experience in corporate development, private equity, or investment banking with a focus on technology, software, or semiconductor industries
- Advanced analytical skills and proficiency with corporate valuation techniques
- Fluency with Excel and supporting financial software
- Reporting to office
