Job Description
The Porter maintains the hallways, clubhouse and other common areas of the property as well as completes all cleaning functions necessary for turnover units and any guest suites.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of common areas.
- Complete cleaning functions for turnover units and guest suites.
- Work towards satisfactory cash flow, positive resident relations, and optimal resident retention.
Requirements:
- Part-time position with flexible hours (4 hours/day M-F).
- $15 per hour compensation.
- Previous experience in property management is highly desirable.
