Position Title: AP/Payroll Clerk
Overview: The AP/Payroll Clerk will part of the AP Team and report to the AP Manager. The clerk will assist in mainly in coding and mapping credit card charges into the ERP system, and reviewing timesheets and expense reports for our physician payroll. The ideal candidate must be extremely confidential, able to build strong relationships across teams, positive attitude, quick learner, have great attention to detail, and be tech savvy.
Experience level: This is a great opportunity for a current college student/ recent accounting graduate with little experience who wants to learn, or someone with some relevant accounting experience who is seeking to work in a positive environment and grow their career.
Schedule: Mon – Fri 9am – 6pm fully in office. After 90 days, 1 remote workday on a rotating schedule (Wed/Fri).
Job Duties:
- Physician Payroll (1099 contractors):
- Responsible for creating deal sheets within the customer relationship management system, Salesforce.
- Works with sales consultants/directors to ensure all information on deal sheets are correct.
- Works closely with the Assignment Coordinators while managing Pay Projections.
- Assists in reviewing expense reports for accuracy
- Assists in onboarding providers to ADP
- Accounts Payable
- Extracts credit card data and imports to CRM tool
- Maps transactions for coding to ERP system
- Resolves any non-billable transactions for GM or payroll deduction
Qualifications:
- Associates degree or actively working towards it in accounting.
- Strong proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Must be self-starter with a positive attitude and great organization and prioritizing skills.
- Attention to detail and focus on accuracy is essential.
- Ability to work in fast paced environment.
- Comfortable performing routine tasks.
